Overview

You can count on Quality and Performance on all RBW fixtures. We're aware that mishaps occur sometimes where you may lose a screw or two. Don't worry, we've got you covered!  

Step 1

To successfully request replacement parts, email support@rbw.com noting these key details:  

Sales Order or Purchase Order number: Please confirm the original Sales Order number or Purchase Order number to help us provide the accurate replacement parts.    

Step 2

Provide Part Name: In your email to the support team, please list the name of the missing part you need to be replaced. If you're unsure of the product part name, kindly review the installation instructions and highlight the part for us. Installation instructions can be found on the RBW Downloads Center.

Step 3

Include any relevant photos or video: Sending us a photo of the replacement part needed, or conversely what was delivered, is always helpful.

Submit all the details above at support@rbw.com and a member of the Customer Success team will provide the next steps for replacements within 2 Business Days.
