Overview
RBW provides tracking information for any orders shipped via our standard method, UPS Ground or UPS LTL. A tracking number will be issued once the order ships, and your order's estimated ship date will be sent to you after payment is received according to your payment terms.
Locate Tracking
Locate your tracking information via either of 2 steps outlined below:
- Review RBW email entitled "Your Order #_____ Has Shipped!" Included in this confirmation email you'll receive a tracking number as assigned by the logistics team. Once received, you can proceed to UPS and insert the number in the search bar.
- Email support@rbw.com with your Sales Order or Purchase Order number to request tracking info.
